Casa Dario is based on the sea and on the countryside, where the best seafood and fish nurture and grow or where cattle graze freely.
Daily, our kitchen receives the freshest product from the rough open waters of Galicia. From Cedeira we get cleanser crabs, great lobsters and red lobsters, from Carril we receive clams, from Arcade we get oysters, from the Grove pilgrim’s scallops… because we select the best from every corner on the Galician coast.
But to talk about Galicia is also to talk about fields, so the softest organic meats reach us from there every morning to Casa Dario.
All complemented with Catalan products that enrich our menu and a selection of wines from the best appellations of origin.
